Children dressed in farricocos during the Fogareu procession with children called “fogareuzinho in Portuguese” that takes place hours before the Fogaréu Procession, held in the City of Goiás (GO) since 1745. Children carry symbolic torches without the use of fire. The procession began in front of the Bandeiras Museum, passing through several streets of the city, and aims to include children in this secular tradition that is part of the folklore of the City of Goiás.
